Business Controller – Commercial (Nordic)

ommercial Control plays a vital role in supporting our organization as a strategic finance partner. The scope includes a wide range of responsibilities, e.g., securing reliability, availability and pedagogical visualization of data, driving innovative business analysis, and identifying the best metrics to improve performance. We are now looking for a dedicated Business Controller with a Nordic perspective, supporting processes and operations across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. 

About the role  
As Nordic Business Controller you will have a central role in providing insights by: 

• Linking financial results to business performance. 

• Conducting forward-looking analysis to identify trends and secure business performance and stability. 

• Guiding and challenging decisions to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals. 

• Collaborating with the Head of Business & Financial Control to drive key processes such as monthly and quarterly reviews, financial planning and forecasting, competitor analysis, and strategic projects. 

You will take full ownership of maintaining and developing our reporting and planning processes, requiring a strong foundation in both accounting and business analysis. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business areas and organizational levels, which requires sufficient soft skills as well.

You will report to Head of Business & Financial control and be part of a Nordic team of highly skilled and talented controllers, where we share knowledge and ideas to continuously stay ahead and help each other succeed along the way.

• Ability to clearly communicate your findings and thoughts in English, in both verbal and written/presentation format 

• Proficient in MS Office and or BI tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau and think-cell etc.) 

• Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
