We’re looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor/Associate (3-4 PQE) to join our market-leading Corporate Finance team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
You’ll be responsible for providing corporate and commercial advice to a range of national and international clients on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work as well as being involved in complex transactions with multi-jurisdictional elements, such as significant equity capital markets work. It involves an exciting range of work - acting on deals involving companies of all sizes, from large plcs to owner-managed businesses.
Our corporate finance team has been named Corporate Law Firm of the Year for the UK at the Insider Dealmaker awards, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute to maintaining our reputation for delivering excellent service.
