Your Role at Delta Faucet
As a Business Solutions Manager – Product, you will act a liaison between the DFC Product business and IT functional teams covering business needs requiring IT based solutions, inform a well-rounded IT Product Portfolio with people, process and technology in mind. Act as a catalyst driving shared accountabilities across business initiatives from Product Innovation to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) realms.
You will be accountable for multi-functional project teams; plan manage and deliver comprehensive systems and process solutions for all the sub-functions of DFC Product organization (Digital & Traditional Products) and related areas.
In addition to collaborating with DFC Product and IT functions, your role will include staying attuned with external technology and product process trends, changing business needs/challenges and/or adjustments necessary per regulatory guidelines or standards in compliance space; recommend process, product or service improvements through your IT portfolio
Responsibilities
- Integrate with relevant stakeholders from Product organization, to collaborate towards a shared functional strategy, solving sophisticated and multi-dimensional problems that have a broad impact on the business
- Plan and deliver complex initiatives in business growth and continuous improvement around PLM scope, oversee project and operational plans, establish project teams towards achievement of laid out business objectives
- Stay tuned with market and industry, ensure organizational readiness, standardize technological solutions in product innovation and lifecycle realms.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proof-of-concept/MVP initiatives. Influence end-to-end product journeys by integrating DFC-specific process and technology knowledge.
- Collaborate with teams working across hybrid methodologies (waterfall/agile), embedded multi-functional teams including system/solution architects, field-facing support groups and such
- Identifying business requirements and detailing the relationships between the components of the application systems (i.e., end users, business processes, product and customer data implications, applications, and devices supporting and governing them all)
- Execute M&A initiatives by integrating product and process strategies across acquired entities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertly leading meetings with program and senior leadership, defining scope and business objectives, influence strategic decisions, and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
- Good communication skills with the ability to translate sophisticated concepts into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with hardware, firmware, software development, test automation, serial communication, and IoT devices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.
- Experience leading business growth through Mergers & Acquisitions, integrating systems and people with assimilation mindset, and managing organizational change.
- 5+ years of experience in complex product management, solutions engineering, or enterprise systems implementation.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP (specifically SAP PLM), Product Development (like Creo/Windchill/Teamcenter/Others) and Information Management (PIM) & Syndication platforms (like InRiver/Salsify) and related interfaces will be preferred.
- Understands overall project and production support needs, plans and supervises support resources (internal and external) appropriately, for incident resolution and SLA alignment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum and frameworks like SAFe.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
