Location: Katy, Texas

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (rotating Saturdays 1-2 times per month)

Here is what you will need:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Prior experience with RIS/PACS preferred;
Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program;
Understands and communicates medical terminology;
Current, non- restricted licensure instate of work location is required;
Current ARRT advanced level certification in Mammography;
Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred;
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.

A Day in the Life of a Mammographer

Provide services and support for the following areas:

Understands, promotes and demonstrates the "Solis Way"
Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on as needed basis
Monitors clinical staffing levels.
Provides excellent patient care, communicates procedures and provides education on an as needed basis to new and existing clinical team members
Effectively handles patient complaints as, evidenced by patient survey scores and escalates as necessary;
Assists center director in MQSA compliance as it relates to tracking, following up and credentials;
Ensures compliance with all Policies and Procedures;
Ensures supplies are available as needed to meet patient demands;
Coordinates service and maintenance of equipment to ensure minimal downtime, as requested by center director
Acts as a point of contact for physician offices requiring clinical information and responds to requests within 24 hours;
Maintains confidentiality of patient and team member information 100% of the time.

*Sign-On Bonus is applicable to current qualified Mammography Technologists (ARRT (M)). Amount offered may vary in an amount of up to $7,500 depending upon experience level, location, and qualifications.
