This position is based at our Church Street Site in the Sheffield City Centre and all applicants are required to be within a 1-hour commute of our Sheffield offices. Training & Grad bay will be completed on site, once completed you may have the option to work on a hybrid model where you would do a mixture of home and site working each week. ABOUT THE JOB As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will be responding to phone calls, online queries via email and other social media channels. This role includes customer communication in a written format so you need to be comfortable using a PC and have good typing and grammar skills.
