Job Purpose

We are seeking a Front-End Tech Lead with strong expertise in Blazor to drive the design and development of a modern, accessible, and high-performance user interface. You will define the front-end architecture, lead and mentor a small team of developers, and ensure that the new Reporting and Configuration modules integrate seamlessly with existing back-end services.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance technical excellence, scalability, and accessibility while guiding the team to deliver a user interface that meets the highest standards in performance, usability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the front-end architecture.
• Lead and mentor junior front-end developers.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance Blazor components.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements (ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, contrast).
• Guarantee alignment with coding and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers and Back-End Developers.

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Blazor Server, C#, .NET 8, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance optimization, and security.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English (a must).

Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in enterprise-scale or institutional projects.
