The Opportunity

Due to the continued growth of the Company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Storesperson to join the team in our workshop located at Gap Ridge in Karratha.

Our busy workshop is home to a team of highly experienced tradespeople, fostering a great team culture and an all-round supportive workplace environment. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our workshop, with potential for career development within a rapidly growing organisation. You will be responsible for managing the movement and storage of workshop stock, ensuring the stores area is organised, clean, and hazard-free, while supporting the team with accurate inventory management and housekeeping.

Role Requirements

• Assist with receipting, issuing, and stock control of parts and inventory.
• Reconcile consignment notes and orders while maintaining accurate records.
• Load and unload stock, allocate parts in storage areas according to company guidelines.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical and recorded stock levels.
• Support stocktaking activities and ensure workshop supplies are catalogued and maintained.
• Inspect incoming supplies for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop and stores area, ensuring hazards are identified and addressed promptly.

Essential Requirements

• Residential only
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Current WA Driver’s License (HR preferred).
• Forklift Licence.
• Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, and sound judgement.
• Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug/alcohol screens as per company policy.
