The Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in our Doncaster Boutique in Melbourne! A key component of this role is leading by example in Styling initiatives and driving sales through the fostering of client relationships. This is a key role in the Boutique and we are looking for someone to champion our Ready-to-Wear offering to new and existing clients. This role is for a retailer who is truly passionate about progressing their career with Oroton - our people and product are at the heart of what we do.

This role is a casual position, where you will need availability across both weekdays and weekends.

You’ll excel in this role if you have:

Client Engagement: Provide tailored, 1:1 service to clients, assisting them with product selection, styling advice, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience
Expert Product Knowledge: Become a product knowledge expert across our premium Ready-to-Wear and accessories products, ensuring you can offer insightful and tailored styling recommendations to your clients
Driving Sales: Actively contribute to sales targets through the development of new and maintenance of existing client relationships and the continued identification of opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Store Presentation: Contribute to the implement and maintenance of impeccable displays and visual merchandising in line with Oroton standards
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the store leadership team to create a positive, collaborative and high-achieving team environment, with a particular focus on the creation and implementation of styling standards
