We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven Product Operations Manager to join our Product Organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and GTM leadership to lay the foundation for scalable product development processes and ensure smooth cross-functional execution. You will be a force multiplier for our PM org—making the team more effective, efficient, and aligned.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives on building structure, improving internal alignment, and driving operational excellence across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Enable Planning & Execution with Engineering
- Partner with PMs and Engineering leads to support quarterly and monthly planning cadences.Help facilitate prioritization, resourcing conversations, and status tracking to keep teams on track. Monitor planning inputs/outputs and continuously improve the process in collaboration with Engineering Ops.
2. Internal Product Training and Tooling
- Lead initiatives to upskill internal stakeholders on product knowledge, including creating training materials and running enablement sessions.
- Drive adoption and optimization of internal tools used by the Product team (e.g., roadmapping, feedback, and experimentation platforms, Requirements Templates etc).
4. Operationalize Product Launches
- Create and manage scalable product launch processes—including documentation, training, internal communications, and go-to-market enablement.
- Ensure cross-functional readiness across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
3. Product Intake
- Create processes to support improved Product Intake: How to monitor, respond to and communicate about feature and enhancement requests coming in from various channels
5. Drive Roadmap Process and Communication
- Partner with Product leadership to design and maintain a repeatable, lightweight process for roadmap creation and prioritization.
- Develop mechanisms for regular, consistent communication of roadmap updates across the company.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or similar operational roles.
- Deep understanding of product development life cycles and agile planning practices.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—able to synthesize information and drive clarity.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Bias toward systems thinking, process improvement, and automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Productboard, Confluence, Jira, Notion, Gong, or similar.
