Senior Manager - Finance

Financial Systems & ERP:

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos).

Accounting Standards & Compliance:

• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Costing & Budgeting:

• Expertise in standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards).
• Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and financial statements.

Audit & Internal Controls:

• Familiarity with internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and SOX compliance.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring internal financial controls (IFC).

Project Finance & CAPEX Management:

• Ability to evaluate CAPEX proposals, perform ROI analysis, and track project budgets.

Digital Finance Tools (Preferred):

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of automation tools like RPA for finance processes.

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
