AI Product Engineer -Noma Security

As an AI Product Engineer focused on agentic workflows, you’ll play a key role in driving AI adoption across the company. You’ll partner with teams across Sales, Product, R&D, Research, and Customer Success to design, build, and implement AI driven workflows that accelerate business velocity and push the boundaries of how Noma operates.

This role is perfect for a product-minded builder who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business impact.

You’ll report to our Chief of Staff in Tel Aviv and work cross-functionally with R&D, product, and go-to-market teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own Problems End-to-End: Run lean discovery with stakeholders across functions, translate needs into scoped builds, and iterate quickly using real-world telemetry.
Design & Ship Agentic Workflows: Create AI-powered workflows for all teams, transforming processes from concept through implementation.
Accelerate AI Adoption: Drive company-wide usage of AI and agents to increase productivity, innovation, and impact.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with all departments to align AI solutions with business goals and customer needs.
Create Massive Impact: Keep Noma's momentum as the leading AI Security company, through the adoption of cutting-edge technology.

Requirements for Success

Product Sense & Experience: Strong product understanding, ideally with prior product management or product engineering background.
Technical Skills: Ability to build with code and low-code agent platforms, delivering sophisticated AI use cases.
Deep Research Ability: Skilled at detecting and analyzing complex business problems and identifying the best AI-driven solutions.
Communication & Influence: Clear communicator who can drive company-wide adoption of AI workflows.
AI Fluency: Solid understanding of AI technologies, with strong prompt engineering capabilities.
A past engineering role is preferred
Past experience in a high-growth startup is preferred
