Are you a strategic problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex, high-priority global projects from start to finish? This is a unique opportunity to join our Strategic Initiatives team, where you'll be at the heart of our most important company-wide initiatives. This role is a dynamic blend of strategy, analytics, and operations, with a global and cross-functional reach.

As a Global Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you'll be responsible for owning the delivery of key projects from ideation through implementation. You'll define project goals, analyze data, and perform market research to develop recommendations that will shape the future of our business. We're looking for someone who can secure buy-in from stakeholders across all levels of seniority and functional expertise, and then establish clear work plans to drive implementation and accountability.

Requirements

• A strong background in Management Consulting, or working in an Internal Strategy team within a tech and/or Marketplace scale-up: you have a knack for structured problem-solving, capable of breaking down complex problems and developing frameworks to solve them.
• Advanced communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels and functional areas.
• A strong analytical mindset with moderate to advanced Excel skills, comfortable navigating large data sets.
• The ability to leverage both strategic and operational expertise to make ambitious but practical recommendations.
• A global mindset, with an understanding of how dynamics are similar and different across various geographies.
• Experience owning projects through to implementation and holding stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities.
