Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operational activities of vessels owned by the company, including maintenance, voyages, and vessel performance monitoring.
2. Manage maintenance and repair activities of vessels under company ownership for ensuring ships operate in optimal conditions.
3. Identify the business opportunities to improving performance and reducing costs operational.

4. Monitoring vessel movements via radio, recording at 15-minute intervals, and ensuring procedures are followed.
5. Providing advice to the loading master radio regarding weather conditions and any changes in vessel movements.
6. Communicating emergency messages clearly and accurately using the emergency radio (SB).
7. Following guidance and instructions from the Marine and Terminal Site Leader.
8. Ensuring all risk hazards and environmental impact aspects have been identified and controlled in each work area.
9. Ensuring the MK3L system has been properly and correctly implemented.
10. Committing to the development and implementation of the MK3L system.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Min. ANT III

2. Min. 3 years of experience as a seaman

3. Demonstrates English language comprehension
