- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Work Experience & Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in accounting functions with relevant experience.
- Possess strong work ethics, good interpersonal, and communication skills with positive attitude.
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, e-mail.
- Knowledge in SAP is a must.
- Good in English communication

A.SUMMARY OF POSITION (A brief statement of no more than three or four lines summarizing the overall role of the position)
Responsible for assisting in the delivery of a full range of management accounting, product costing and inventory control management to support the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage annual and ad-hoc product costing.
Analyze and prepare annual raw material and standard cost roll up as part of annual budget process.
Manage and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities.
In charge of inventory control and management for Cust Care, Sales & Services.
Coordinate and conduct annual physical inventory count for Operations and bi-annual physical inventory count. Maintain and update stock adjustments, production, and store cycle count.
Support the businesses in analyzing margins, purchase price and production variances and other associated operating costs as well as providing cost analysis.
Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Processes for the tasks performed and ensure continuous efficiency improvement in accordance with regulations.
Provide support on month-end closing and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Timely and accurately on invoice processing.
Manage payment timely.
Coordinate on issue follow up and problem solving with team and supplier.
Prepare A/P monthly report, VAT report.
Other assignments assigned by supervisor.
Support all accounting tasks and finance members as a supervisor.
