As an Integration Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational improvements within RAC Insurance Claims Services. You will translate strategy into action, drive small-scale projects and initiatives from concept to embedded practice, and enable seamless integration across people, processes and systems. 

 

What you’ll do 
Working within our Claims Delivery team, you will: 

  • Coordinate the execution of operational improvements, projects and initiatives across Claims Services. 

  • Facilitate working groups to validate delivery approaches, gain stakeholder endorsement, and support transition-to-operations activities. 

  • Apply structured methods to ensure business readiness, adoption and long-term integration of changes – with minimal disruption to frontline operations. 

  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels – from executives to frontline specialists – to embed solutions effectively. 

  • Assess business and people impacts, recommend mitigation strategies, and guide leaders through operational transitions. 

  • Support updates to regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring smooth operational adoption. 

  • Collaborate on the review and refinement of policies, frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Contribute to delivery assurance, reporting, and performance tracking. 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Proven experience in delivering or integrating operational or project-driven change.  

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. 

  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset. 

  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (desirable) 

  • Accreditation or demonstrated capability in Project Management, Business Analysis or Organisational Change (highly desirable).
