We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Reimbursement Analyst to join our healthcare team. This an entry-level role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing reimbursement contracts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing revenue cycles. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Responsibilities
• Analyze reimbursement contracts to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Review and resolve reimbursement discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare reimbursement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and reimbursement trends.
• Provide training and support to staff on reimbursement processes and contract compliance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, billing, or contract analysis.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
