Senior Process Engineer

Are you an experienced bioprocess engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in biologics manufacturing? We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Process Engineering to join our MSAT team and provide technical leadership across process optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recipe optimization and provide Delta V/Unicorn support in collaboration with early-stage MSAT teams.

• Serve as a technical expert in process-related investigations, offering on-the-floor support when needed. Expertise in Upstream and Downstream field is highly desirable.

• Analyze process data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations.

• Identify and implement technical innovations to improve product quality, yield, cost-efficiency, and IP positioning.

• Drive initiatives to debottleneck processes, maximize throughput, and improve capacity utilization.

• Support the design of new processes and facilities, with expertise in scale-up, manufacturability, PAT, and cost/capacity analysis.

• Contribute to external tech transfer by defining operational and technical standards for manufacturing sites.

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Biotechnology or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on upstream or downstream processing, process development, manufacturing, or MSAT.

• Deep expertise in industrial biotechnology processes and monoclonal antibody manufacturing.

• Proficiency with Delta V and Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tools.

• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments.
