You Will Be Part Of:

Partner & Customer Training EMEA team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA territory for Milestone.  The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions. By working directly with the EMEA sales organization, the team actively promotes, sells, and manages the certification and training activities driving towards a profitable and professional service business unit, that supports the sale of Milestone core products. 

Today we are a team of 6 people, and we are currently looking for a Training Courses Coordinator with Italian and English

What You Will do on a Typical Day at Milestone: 

  • Communicate with attendees to explain pertinent course information along with the benefits of certification and training. 
  • Manage marketing activities associated with upcoming courses. 
  • Communicate important course information to potential attendees. 
  • Follow-up with potential attendees to receive commitment for upcoming courses. 
  • Receive and process orders for upcoming training courses and certifications. 
  • Request invoices accordingly. 
  • Manage and follow-up on payment and collections from customers attending courses. 
  • Enter key customer data and activity into CRM. 
  • Work with Milestone sales team to drive attendees into courses. 
  • Work with Milestone channel partners to ensure they understand and meet certification and training requirements. 
  • Work with distribution partners to actively promote and recruit for upcoming training courses. 
  • Meet different targets for training activities within the various geographic regions. 

How Can You Match:

  • University degree in economics or any other relevant subject. 
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Excellent command of Italian language.  
  • Good command of Spanish language is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems. 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office. 
  • Prior inside sales experience. 
  • Customer management experience.
  • Experience working within the EMEA regions. 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Be decisive and agile.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on tasks completion with due dates. 
  • Customer focus and desire to develop sales skills.
