We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Data Center Services team. This role in Nashville, TN – ONSITE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Implementing small to mid-size project tasks from various internal customers of competing priorities and working through them to achieve a successful outcome.
Executing all data center related hardware installations, repairs, configurations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Space planning, efficient cabinet layouts, and cabling.
Contributing to maintaining the firm’s reputation by adhering to strict media management practices, protocols, and policies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
An individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5-7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers.
Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
Experience with the basic Microsoft applications.
Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. of boxes/equipment.
