Job Description
- Lead the transformation of user experience and UI practices across Banglalink’s digital assets (app & web).
- Drive design standardization through annual reviews, usability testing, and globally recognized practices.
- Define and execute UX/UI strategy to ensure seamless, user-centric experiences that enhance engagement and growth.
- Translate complex business concepts into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Conduct UX audits, generate usability reports, and identify opportunities for continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Journey, Service, etc.) to design optimized user flows.
- Ensure editorial quality, design consistency, and brand alignment across all digital platforms.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of UX/UI professionals, supporting upskilling, cross-skilling, and career growth.
- Manage external UI/UX and app development partners, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely delivery.
- Represent design at leadership levels, evangelizing design thinking and fostering a strong design culture across the organization.
- BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from a reputed university with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy.
- 6-8 years’ experience in UI/UX specially in large Start-up & Digital Company.
- Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, market and environment
- Sound understanding of the commercial unit and especially through knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions, good analytics and problem solving ability clubbed with decision, making project management and consumer insight
- Strong knowledge in digital services, UX & UI, product & pricing, portfolio management
- Experience in App development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Good commercial acumen
