Assistant Manager – Operations (Advantis Kusuhara Sedate Myanmar (Pvt) Ltd.)


Job Accountabilities 
•    Lead the team (Account Handlers/Site Heads) towards operational excellence while performing the client contract.
•    Articulate operational strategies and cost saving plan for the annual business plan to ensure sustainable business growth. 
•    Execute assigned client contracts and implement continual process improvements to ensure customer retention.
•    Conduct regular client reviews and supplier reviews to establish performance.
•    Evaluate assigned suppliers in-line with the contract/agreed processes and compliance to obtain best in class services while identifying supplier developmental areas.
•    Implement assigned operational strategies to achieve the business plan within the assigned cost savings.
•    Implement continual process improvements (identified by the team) to ensure operational excellence.
•    Analyze and recommend alternative options to facilitate decision making.
•    Carry out the root cause analysis with the team on non-conformities to identify Corrective & Preventive actions.
•    Lead the team to improve safety, quality & housekeeping standards, company and client SOPs and audit requirements by coordinating with the safety and audit teams through supervising people, process, systems to create safety and quality work environment.
•    Assign suitable registered suppliers to the team to obtain the required services to cater client requirements.
•    Acquire knowledge of required compliance & new trends to effectively communicate with the team.
•    Maintain the right balance between permanent & outsourced staff by considering the criticality of activities to achieve the required staff productivity levels.
•    Disseminate knowledge required to perform the job role to identified subordinates to facilitate career progression and thereby ensuring operational continuity.
•    Recommend supplier invoices (volume & rate) and supporting documents to raise purchase orders.
•    Confirm client invoices & supporting details to finance for timely circulation of bills.

Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor’s Degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification with prior experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
•    Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
•    Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
•    Effective communication in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
