This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full-time, Flexible within the client's business hours Sydney Time (40 hours per week)Client Overview: The client is a PR agency with strong capabilities in press relations and guaranteed editorial coverage for companies and brands in any vertical. It is the leading global PR agency with a specialization in guaranteed placement of news stories across internationally recognized news brands. They make money via monthly subscriptions of the clients to create influential articles that can stir up trends and even the social media world through various connections to promote the business of the clients. In return the clients pays them for this service.
Job Description 1. Award Article Writing:
- Craft compelling and engaging articles highlighting the achievements of award winners
- Conduct research to ensure accurate representation of winners' accomplishments
- Adhere to our style guide and maintain a consistent tone across all articles
2. Press Release Creation:
- Develop press releases for past award winners to maximize their exposure
- Tailor content to various media outlets and industry publications
- Ensure all press releases are SEO-optimized and newsworthy
3. Fulfillment Management:
- Coordinate the delivery of promotional materials and upgrades to award-winning clients
- Track and manage the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery
- Address any issues or concerns related to promotional materials
4. Client Record Maintenance:
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Input and organize client data, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible
- Generate reports and insights from client data as needed
5. Executive Support:
- Assist the CEO and owners with various tasks as required
- Provide administrative support and help with special projects
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization
Requirements
Qualifications:- Willing to work full-time with no other part-time jobs, no side hustle, no further studies or consultancy
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in award writing or business journalism
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Knowledge of public relations and media relations
