· Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

· Work Schedule: Monday (meeting), Wednesday-Saturday (LIVES)

o Team meeting on Monday at 9:00 AM EST ( 1 hour)

o At the moment LIVEs that need support will be on

§ Wednesday 8pm-10pm EST ( 2 hours)

§ Thursdays Midnight-1am EST ( 1 hour)

§ Fridays 8pm-10pm EST ( 2 hours)

§ Saturdays 10am-12pm & 8pm-10pm EST ( 4 hours)

§ Above schedule is subject to change in the future but should balance itself out as we the company get more data to determine when followers and viewers are on LIVE the most.

About the Role:

Are you a TikTok LIVE enthusiast with a knack for keeping the energy high and the chat engaged? We’re a fast-growing TikTok LIVE moderation partner working with top brands, agencies, and creators—and we’re looking for dynamic LIVE Stream Moderators to join our team!

You’ll be the backbone of LIVE streams, hyping up the audience, pinning products, running flash sales, activating giveaways, and ensuring a seamless, entertaining, and high-converting experience. If you love TikTok trends, live shopping, and engaging with online communities, this is the perfect gig for you!

What You’ll Do:

Hype the Chat: Keep energy levels sky-high with engaging replies, shoutouts, and reactions.
Pin Products & Promos: Highlight key items, discounts, and CTAs to boost sales.
Run Giveaways & Flash Sales: Execute timed promotions and reward active viewers.
Moderate Comments: Filter spam, manage trolls, and keep the chat positive.
Assist Streamers: Help hosts with timing, cues, and audience interaction.
Track Performance: Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

Previous Moderation/Streaming Experience is a PLUS!

TikTok LIVE with a basic understanding of the platform (teaching will be provided)
ChatGPT/Deepseek
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Highly regarded experience and knowledge:
