Job Description:

This is an exciting remote opportunity to become the voice of a successful cabinetry company, where you’ll be the first point of contact introducing potential customers to premium cabinet solutions. You’ll combine excellent customer service skills with lead generation expertise, directly impacting business growth while working from home. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship building and sales support, allowing you to develop your communication skills while contributing to a company’s expansion in the thriving home improvement industry.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 100-200 professional outbound calls daily to connect with potential customers
  • Introduce the company’s cabinet services and showcase product offerings with enthusiasm
  • Generate 1-2 qualified leads per day through engaging conversations and relationship building
  • Utilize advanced Podium software for seamless call tracking, recording, and management
  • Prepare comprehensive daily reports highlighting call metrics, successful bookings, and lead generation results
  • Participate in product knowledge training sessions with experienced sales representatives
  • Master key information about inventory capabilities, cabinet types, and service locations
  • Seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to the sales team for expert follow-up and closing


Requirements

  • Native English speaker with clear, professional communication skills and no detectable accent
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with natural talent for building rapport over the phone
  • Availability to work full-time during Canadian business hours
  • Enthusiasm for high-volume outbound calling with a positive, persistent attitude
  • Quick learner who can absorb and communicate product knowledge about cabinetry and home improvement
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent, remote work environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace for professional phone conversations
