Job Description

Responsibilities
- Process and manage new inquiries from solicitors and law firms with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date company records
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers including medical professionals and property surveyors to arrange new work assignments
- Manage email-based communications and correspondence across multiple stakeholder groups
- Support the seamless administrative operations that facilitate healthcare assessments and property evaluations
- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of a rapidly expanding consulting business
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven administrative experience in a professional environment
- Excellent email communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and organizational systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Previous experience liaising with external suppliers, vendors, or professional service providers preferred
- Comfortable navigating online systems and managing email-based workflows
- Adaptable and growth-minded, with potential interest in expanding to phone-based responsibilities as the business evolves
