Requirements
The Senior Business Data Analyst will play a strategic role in
driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This
role involves leading complex data analyses, mentoring junior
analysts, and collaborating with leadership teams to identify
opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact
business insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large and complex datasets
to uncover business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into strategic insights to support
executive decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Strategy Support
- Partner with senior leadership across departments (Sales,
Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
- Influence business strategy with evidence-based recommendations.

Reporting & Visualization
- Design, automate, and maintain executive-level dashboards
and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Present insights clearly to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with
organizational standards.
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance
tracking systems.

- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
to optimize business operations.
- Drive automation and predictive analytics initiatives
using advanced tools.

Mentorship & Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of
data literacy.
- Lead cross-functional data projects from requirement
gathering to delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business
Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business
intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for advanced analytics
and modeling.
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and
predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, GCP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder
management skills.
