We’re hiring for our Spray Seal Crew, delivering high-quality services across NT’s metro and regional areas. This role is ideal for versatile professionals who are flexible and ready to travel regionally and interstate.

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Spray Seal/Chip Sealing or similar projects
• Current Heavy Combination or Multi Combination Licence
• Valid General Construction Induction (White) Card
• Skilled in operating mobile plant machinery and equipment
• Strong planning skills for task execution, quality control, and material management
• A collaborative mindset and exceptional teamwork
• Commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture
• Willingness to work intrastate and interstate as needed
