The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Senior Reliability Engineer | Ανώτερος/η Μηχανικός Αξιοπιστίας”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Reliability and Planning Superintendent of the Asset Management department in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Eldorado Asset Management System, fostering a culture of reliability, proactive maintenance, safety, and environmental responsibility across the site.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance strategies using advanced tools like RCM and FMECA, integrating predictive maintenance technologies and data analytics.
  • Enhance asset performance reporting to deliver actionable insights and lead initiatives that extend equipment life and support sustainability.
  • Oversee condition monitoring programs such as vibration analysis and oil testing, interpret diagnostic data, and manage internal and external resources to prevent equipment failures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lubrication strategies, covering everything from product selection to contamination control and disposal.
  • Lead RCA investigations and defect elimination efforts, mentoring junior staff in reliability methods and structured problem-solving.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting on complex reliability issues, coordinating with engineering teams and offering technical mentorship across the site.
  • Identify and lead improvement projects that add value, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
  • Collaborate on long-term maintenance plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and financial targets.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed reports on reliability KPIs and strategic outcomes to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical, electrical or chemical.
  • Post graduate experience in reliability and/or maintenance engineering is ideal.
  • 5+ years in an engineering role in mineral processing, chemical, petroleum or similar heavy industry.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a reliability or maintenance engineer.
  • Experience using Asset management/maintenance modules of an ERP, ideally SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience executing reliability improvement projects.
