Paid Social Specialist – Meta Platforms

Your territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Take full ownership of Meta paid social campaigns across key markets - from creative briefing and ad production to A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform innovations, and performance marketing strategies in paid social
• Partner with our design team and external creators to develop compelling, on-brand ad creatives tailored to platform best practices
• Build and implement a test-and-learn approach that drives growth, maximizes ROI, and ensures all campaigns are backed by data
• Explore new markets and channels to expand our reach and uncover fresh opportunities
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Several years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns in a B2C environment, either client-side or in an agency
• Proven success managing Meta campaigns end-to-end — from concept and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms is a strong plus
• Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and optimize performance
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
