Learning Diversity (SEN) Educational Assistant (Specialise in Occupational Therapy) - Jockey Club Sarah Roe School

Jockey Club Sarah Roe School is seeking to appoint an Educational Assistant with the duties below.    Key Responsibilities Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the education and supervision of students with a range of abilities, including autism and complex needs;
• Support all students to access a broad and balanced school curriculum;
• Support students' learning and attainment within the school curriculum;
• Support teachers in administrative tasks in order to support Learning and Teaching.

Requirementsthe Successful Candidates Must:

• At least 2 years GCSE (pass A-C) or equivalent in Maths and English;
• Have experience in special educational needs (desirable);
• Be fluent in English;
• Be able to work effectively with individual students, small groups and whole classes under the direction and supervision of qualified teachers.
