- Solution Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive solution architecture documentation that covers both Dynamics 365 and AI components, ensuring clarity and alignment with business requirements.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Dynamics 365 and AI-driven projects across various divisions, facilitating AI adoption and integration into business workflows.
- Resource and Budget Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery, and incorporating AI initiatives cost-effectively.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, drive continuous improvement, and support the iterative development of AI models and Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Team and Project Optimization: Manage multiple delivery teams/squads, optimizing resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of AI-enhanced Dynamics 365 projects.
- Scalable Resource Planning: Plan and manage team headcount and budget, scaling resources as required to meet project demands, including specialized skills in AI and data science.
- Agile Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and motivate agile teams to deliver high performance and quality in line with program standards, especially in AI-driven solution delivery.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with PULSE squads and application technology teams to support project delivery, ensuring AI components are seamlessly integrated with existing solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans with multiple stakeholders, educating them on the value and application of AI within Dynamics 365.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices for all processes and proposed AI-enhanced solutions.
- Standardization of Tools and Methods: Develop and implement standardized tools, methods, and processes for AI-enhanced Dynamics 365 projects, driving efficiency and repeatability.
- Solution Maintenance and Enhancement: Continuously maintain and enhance previously delivered AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing between WDS and RBG teams, strengthening AI capabilities and best practices across the organization.
- Executive Communication: Present management with updates on project deliveries, roadmaps, and innovative solutions, highlighting AI advancements and future opportunities.
- Feasibility Analysis and Proof of Concepts: Provide technical insight into feasibility analysis and execute proof of concepts, including solutions within Dynamics 365 and AI/ML models to demonstrate effectiveness and feasibility.
- Solution Design and Development: Formulate, design, and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap. Align solutions with Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities to maximize functionality and drive value.
- Performance, Scalability, and Resilience: Ensure solution designs are performant, scalable, and resilient, integrating best practices for Dynamics 365 and AI-driven optimizations. Align with appropriate recoverability patterns for robust solutions.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to application development resources, building expertise in both Dynamics 365 and AI.
- Standards and Quality Adherence: Ensure all deliverables adhere to standards and quality levels, including compliance with ethical AI guidelines and Dynamics 365 best practices.
- Project Scope and Scheduling: Define project scope and schedules with a focus on delivering timely value. Organize and lead project meetings, manage risks and issues, and conduct planning for Dynamics 365 implementations and AI model integration.
- Team Development and Support: Assist in team development, holding teams accountable for commitments, removing roadblocks, and mentoring team members in Dynamics 365 and AI solution development.
- Product Ownership and Requirements Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to manage user requirements for project deliverables, stakeholder communications, and establish effective project governance for both Dynamics 365 and AI-driven initiatives.
- Leadership and Influence: Exhibit strong leadership skills, influencing decisions and actions at all organizational levels, and promoting the strategic integration of Dynamics 365 and AI across projects.
- Team Empowerment and Engagement: Empower team members to contribute meaningfully to projects, promoting a sustainable pace and maintaining high-quality standards, with a focus on enhancing Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities.
- Technical Design and Strategy Consultation: Prepare technical design options and consult with hardware, software, and AI specialists on Dynamics 365 and AI strategies and integrations.
- Performance Reviews and Feedback: Provide insight and feedback to the Senior Manager for regular performance reviews of developer resources, emphasizing skills and contributions in Dynamics 365 and AI.
- Requirement Gathering and System Specifications: Participate in gathering technical and non-functional requirements, addressing both Dynamics 365 and AI needs per project or application.
- Vendor Integration and Oversight: Oversee integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives for both Dynamics 365 and AI components.
- Business Partner Engagement: Engage with business groups to understand requirements and identify technology gaps, suggesting Dynamics 365 and AI-driven solutions to enhance operations.
- Business Expectations and Communication: Manage business expectations for both delivery and support, establishing clear communication channels for issue resolution and new Dynamics 365 and AI initiatives.
- Root Cause Analysis and Reporting: Oversee root cause analysis for critical issues, including those related to Dynamics 365 and AI components, and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
- Sprint Planning and Coordination: Develop Sprint timelines based on requirements, coordinating efforts from Dynamics 365, AI development, testing, InfoSec, and component teams.
- Modern Tech Stack Proficiency: Demonstrate knowledge of modern tech stacks, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, front-end and back-end tools, API-connected applications, as well as specialized Dynamics 365 and AI frameworks.
- Technology Trends and Continuous Learning: Stay current with new technologies, standards, protocols, and tools, particularly in Dynamics 365 and AI/ML, to keep pace with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Effective Communication: Use strong communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions clearly, especially around Dynamics 365 and AI-related functionalities.
- Comprehensive Business Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas such as architecture, infrastructure, Dynamics 365, and AI technologies integrate to achieve business goals.
