We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Nokia sales organization in Central Asia. This role will be instrumental in growing the Nokia brand within both existing and white space new logo telecom accounts in the region.
In this role you will:
- Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Nokia brand within a geographical area with strategic telecom accounts;
- You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs of 5G Core, Monetization, Automation, and Security;
- Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level and owners to present Nokia’s value proposition;
- Work with Nokia systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that fulfill customers' needs together with driving TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) down;
- Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic territory business reviews;
- Collaborate with Nokia peers on best practices and demonstrating best-in-class solutions;
- Keep up-to-date with technology solutions and market trends.
- Travel across the region representing Nokia up to 25% of working time.
- Strong personal network that covers relationships within the territory;
- Proven track record of direct transactional relationships into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets;
- You possess relevant Mobile Core or BSS industry background from a Communication Service Provide, vendor or technology partner;
- Excellent people skills and the ability to thrive in a global matrix environment, where direct authority over key resources is limited but essential to success.
- You possess previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas: Mobile Core/Billing/Charging, High-load systems, Mission critical solutions or Cloud computing.
- Fluent English, Russian, Uzbek or Kazakh languages;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in addition to 5+ years of technology sales experience;
