We are seeking an ambitious Business Partnerships Manager to join our Central European sales team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us to achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains visible, competitive and innovative in the market. As a Business Partnerships Manager, you will be contributing to maximizing our sales potential by executing a strategy for expanding the book of business. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you will collaborate with partners, leading clients and marketeers.
Responsibilities
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio and onboarding new business
- Driving revenue growth initiatives to achieve sales targets and successfully manage the book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- Working along with a peer Client Solutions Manager to build short term and long term account plans
- Regularly reviewing key accounts performance, preparing and presenting regular business reviews
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to review sales strategy and tactics
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and key partnership relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok on the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technological advancements
