Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in organizing and running training programs.
Maintaining training dashboards.
Support to create training contents.
Coordinate training sessions across multiple business plants in both Colombo and outstation locations.

Knowledge and Skills:

Fresh graduate or Final year undergraduate in Science background or Human Resource Management.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge on Power BI.
Excellent Analytical skills.
Strong communication skills both in English and Sinhala.
