Hub Box is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer on the beach!

As a Deputy General Manager, you join our team too:

Support the GM In leading the restaurant team in the delivery of our ambition
Create opportunities to coach, mentor & train the restaurant team
Assist the GM in shaping the rotas to ensure we have the right people in the restaurant at the right time
Be available to recruit & select Front of House team members alongside the GM
Optimise the commercials by optimising performance & productivity
Keep the restaurant safe, sound & compliant by ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
