Purpose of role:
This role will be responsible to lead and optimize store operations by aligning cross-functional teams, managing TP partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence, fosters team development, strengthens customer relationships, and supports sustainable business growth through effective planning, market analysis, and cost control
Responsibilities include:
- Store Operation: Proficiency in store operations, with the ability to understand platform requirements and establish excellent communication with procurement and sales teams to ensure the successful operation of stores.
- TP Management: Swiftly identify issues with TP, proactively integrate TP teams, ensure efficient servicing of brands, problem resolution, and enhance TP efficiency.
- Team Leadership: While working with a young team, provide positive leadership and guidance, encouraging continuous improvement, sharing experiences and knowledge to ensure team success and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet platform requirements, collaborate with the executive team to determine future development directions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic customer relationships, ensuring customer needs are met, while also developing new customer relationships.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manage department budgets, ensure reasonable expenditures, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends and competitors, formulating adaptive strategies
Who are you?
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ equivalent
- More than 10 years of outstanding experience in store operations and TP management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effective communication with procurement and sales teams.
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.
- Proficiency in leading and training young teams, encouraging their continuous development and improvement.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Positive, proactive growth mindset, confident with articulate communications skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and possess a strong service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing culture
