Warehousing Specialist

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude.  The successful candidate will play a key role in the Supply Chain Department at Cavendish Farms.

• Providing Operational business support to internal and external partners by analyzing and solving any inventory issues.
• Process all warehouse shipments in E1 and resolve outbound shipment errors.   (Investigate to find the source causing the variation, and make appropriate corrections).
• Reconcile third party warehouse inventories to E1 and Investigate inventory discrepancies. Identify trends and root causes, request corrective actions. 
• Communicate with 3PLs to process inv. adjustments in E1 (i.e. damages, lost ticket/new lot creation, open transfers, cycle adjustments, and mislabeled pallets).
• Analyze/Troubleshoot: Open Receipt from deployment, orders to be invoiced, returns, missing freight & Process customer/DC Returns.

• University degree or College diploma preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
