Job Duty & Responsibility:

工作职责：

1.As the fluid engineer to optimize the hydraulic series products with competitiveness

2.To review the BOM, Drawing and correction them for capital project , ECN management

3.Lead the new products development to drive the business growth

4.Modular product with reliable quality and cost competitiveness

5.Control the hydraulic series products quality in production and guide the process correction

6.Fix the quality defect in project, analysis and output the solution, lead the case until overall close

Job Requirement & Qualification:

任职要求：

1.Good leadership on communication and cooperation

2.Good understand on fluid product/device, especially for hydraulic system

3.Proficient in using design software such CAD and 3D Catia, and have knowledge of using PDM databases.

4.Know well about paper or tissue machine structure and operation

5.Good at data analysis and logical thinking, good mindset on designing to cost competitiveness

6.Good excel and PPT skill, good English on reading, writing listening and speaking.
