 As a Product Delivery Manager in the Lending product team, you will have a significant opportunity to impact the core commercial real estate business. You will collaborate with product managers, end users, designers, and developers to prioritize, develop, and implement product backlog items. Your role involves uncovering requirements, defining software behavior, and advocating for best-in-class commercial real estate software. You will facilitate operational support for product and engineering teams, lead refinement sessions, and coordinate agile development ceremonies, driving customer-focused innovation globally.


 

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Perform complex analysis on commercial real estate problems to identify opportunities to improve sales and overall customer experience
  • Establish backlog items for new software that will in support sales leads and portfolio features
  • Conduct interviews and design thinking sessions with end users to understand problems and ideate on potential solutions
  • Help prioritize the product backlog in conjunction with product and engineering teams
  • Create mockups and wireframes as part of requirement elicitation
  • Manage multiple projects and proactively communicate issues and priorities
  • Communicate complicated problems and solutions to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field or 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • Advanced experience analyzing software problems and documenting requirement artifacts including user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Advanced experience creating mockups and wireframes with tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq Mockups, or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience balancing concurrent deadlines
  • Comfortable influencing others and negotiating
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of domain modeling and/or data normalization concepts in databases
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Lending disciplines
