ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments. Inputs payment data into accounting systems, prepares vouchers, and coordinates billing with internal and external departments. Provides support to Purchasing and Store Design teams, including budget preparation and payment research. Communicates with members regarding payment timing and resolves vendor disputes. Performs administrative tasks such as filing and general support for Store Design & Equipment Services.

Research and solicit pricing from vendors
Working with divisions and accounting on setting up new store numbers
Issue purchase orders
Track equipment sales and budgets
Invoicing/payment timing and accuracy; match vendor invoices to purchase orders
Resolve discrepancies, monitor payment timing to member statements
Ensuring invoicing is processed in a timely fashion and within the vendor rebate purchase agreements.
Coordinating with internal accounting personnel on a regular basis
Resolving payment disputes; including freight, delivery issues and invoicing
Contacting member retailers to confirm billing timing and vendor performance satisfaction

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma
3-5 yrs of purchasing/accounting experience.
Previous accounting/computer software experience, preferred.
