Join Our Revenue Operations Team as a Technical Project Associate:
Are you energized by solving complex technical puzzles and passionate about keeping revenue operations running seamlessly?
As a Technical Project Associate on our Revenue Operations team, you'll be the problem-solver who ensures our pricing configurations work flawlessly, and our internal teams get the support they need. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from collaborating across teams, troubleshooting system issues and building reliable configurations, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Configuration & Management
- End to end responsibility over the Price Change approval process and controls including ownership and maintenance of the Price Change Request Forms.
- Build and maintain pricing configurations using Workflow tools to support revenue operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand pricing requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Test and validate pricing configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Document pricing processes and configuration changes for team reference
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve pricing errors in a timely manner
- Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting activities and resolutions
Help Desk & Ticket Management
- Manage and respond to Hubspot help desk tickets from internal stakeholders
- Prioritize and track ClickUp tickets through completion
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high customer service standards
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and management as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with JSON
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or operations
- Experience with workflow management tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
