Summary: 
Responsible for managing the company's vehicle fleet throughout Latin America, ensuring the optimization and efficiency of allocated resources, in coordination with client areas and in line with the company's strategy.

Responsibilities. 

Management of Vertiv's vehicle fleet

  • Monitoring and collection of payments for expiring vehicle leases
  • Implementation and oversight of preventive maintenance programs for the vehicle fleet
  • Manage temporary vehicle changes
  • Manage the assignment and withdrawal of vehicles for employees selected to receive a company vehicle
  • Administration and control of vehicle and driver documentation to ensure compliance with Mexican legal requirements
  • Resolution of daily vehicle-related issues
  • Scheduling maintenance appointments and environmental inspections for vehicles across Mexico (including tire replacement requests)
  • Invoice management and distribution according to the corresponding cost center
  • Renewal of vehicle registration cards      
  • Claims handling and follow-up
  • Implement security programs to safeguard the physical safety of both vehicles and drivers.

Education: 

Administrative Technician

  • Experience and management of vehicle fleet

Requirements. 

  • 1 - 3 Years of experiences Managing Fleets. 
  • English Level (Intermediate).
  • Excel Experience. 
  • Able to negotiate or stablish relationships with new vendors. 
  • Conflict management and resolution
