Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager of Enterprise Operations & Compliance to support internal business functions across our growing federal contracting firm. This role ensures company-wide excellence in Quality Management (ISO 9001), CMMC readiness, holistic human capital management, and customer relationship management optimization—with a deep focus on the compliance-driven demands of federal tech services. This manager will interface directly with employees working across multiple contracts supporting different customers, teaming partners, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to align operational practices with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business growth.

Requirements

Quality & ISO 9001

  • Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in alignment with federal contract requirements.
  • Lead internal audits, support external surveillance audits, and ensure all processes and documentation are FAR/NIST compliant.
  • Translate and communicate quality metrics into actionable insights for leadership and delivery teams.
  • Apply continuous process improvement with communication plans to all aspects of work Security
  • Coordinate across personnel, system, and physical security partners
  • Communicate requirements across personnel, system, and physical security partners
  • Collaborate with proposal and program teams to articulate and deliver on personnel, system, and physical security requirements and controls.

IT Governance & CMMC Compliance

  • Manage CMMC implementation across internal systems and subcontractor environments.
  • Manage communication and schedules for IT operations across the company
  • Manage relationships and communicate project data internally with stakeholders and externally with consultants, partners, contract staff, and vendors

Human Capital Operations

  • Partner with HR and project managers to implement talent strategies aligned to federal client requirements (e.g., labor category compliance, certifications).
  • Communicate with all stakeholders on metrics and status of staffing related topics
  • Collect and communicate metrics related to training, succession planning, and any new staffing requirements from programs or new contracts
  • Enable resources and communication for workforce onboarding/offboarding processes in accordance with security clearance procedures. Communicate metrics on these workflows. Iterate and improve workflows as requirements change

Relationship Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end relationship management processes to ensure consistent, high-quality client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tools, track performance metrics, and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Lead issue resolution and communication protocols, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
  • 8+ years in operations, compliance, or enterprise systems management in a federal contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of how to work with and navigate success within ISO 9001, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and FAR/DFAR compliance.
  • Experience with federal contract lifecycle and government-facing audits.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital systems used in GovCon (e.g., Unanet, Paylocity, ATSs, etc.).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Current or prior security clearance (Secret or above) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success bridging technical compliance with operational execution.
  • Excellent communication skills across federal clients, internal leadership, and teaming partners.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated, and mission-focused environment. Once given a task, able to work independently and demonstrate metrics based results
