As a Guest Service Associate (GSA), you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey, delivering an exceptional guest experience, educating guests on the benefits of Wax Passes, and managing reservations to keep our center running at its best. Our best-in-class training will give you all the tools you need to succeed, and our commission + bonus structure ensures that the more you achieve, the more you earn. In this role, you will:
- Delight Guests: Provide a warm, welcoming first impression and guide guests through their entire visit.
- Drive Wax Pass Sales: Confidently educate guests on the benefits of Wax Passes and pre-paid packages while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Manage Reservations: Ensure appointment books are accurate, optimized, and running smoothly to maximize center productivity.
- Support Center Success: Assist with guest check-in and check-out, promote seasonal offers, and ensure the lobby experience is flawless.

Requirements
We’re looking for team members who are fantastic at customer service and even better at sales. The ideal Guest Service Associate has proven success in commission-based roles, thrives in guest-facing environments, and is excited to connect guests with the benefits of waxing.
- Sales Experience Required – Previous success in a commission-based role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer Service Excellence – Ability to create memorable, positive experiences while handling guest needs with professionalism and care.
- Beauty Industry Preferred – Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care sales is strongly preferred.
- Goal-Oriented & Motivated – Driven by results, confident in recommending Wax Passes, and motivated by earning commission and bonuses.
- Outgoing & Engaging – Builds trust quickly, communicates clearly, and brings positive energy to every interaction.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Skilled at managing reservations, multitasking, and supporting a busy lobby environment.
- Professional & Reliable – Dependable, flexible, and available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
