To further ensure and grow our sales department in North America, we are currently looking for a Senior Territory Account Executive. As a Senior Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for generation of sales and developing a sales pipeline within North America focusing on the Organics and Natural Products Industry.
- Responsible for developing/growing customers to key account level
- Prospecting, creating, managing, and maintaining a pipeline while ensuring all sales administration is current using Sales Force CRM software
- Targeting and executing campaigns for top growth accounts
- Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on existing or potential volume of NSF business
- Responsible for YOY sales growth with key accounts
- Strong partnership with Marketing and Business Unit resources
- Presenting NSF International solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Partners with business units for delivery/completion of strategic projects
- Develops sales plans and forecasts for the Territory/Program, analyzing the local market’s needs and expectations, and partnering with marketing on building/executing a strategy designed specifically for the Territory/Program
- Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the Territory/Program beyond quality assurance function to expand business offerings
- Deep knowledge/experience in targeted territory/program, account planning and territory management
- Single point of contact for client relationship for strategic customers

- 4-year degree required
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Deep knowledge/experience in the Organic industry such as Natural Products/Non-GMO/Gluten-Free
- Account planning and territory management
- Experience in consultative sales
- Ability to create long-term relationships with clients
- Experience with communicating and building relationships at C-level of enterprise organization
- May include deep knowledge/experience in targeted industry/program
- Proficient in CRM tools and systems - Salesforce
- Managing forecast accuracy on a regular basis
Salary Range: $96,000 - $125,000
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
