To support Service Sales through pricing and locating required parts (non-inventory parts), compressors, coils, etc. for residential and commercial HVAC customers that are not under a maintenance contract. He/she is to provide a direct line of communication with our service techs and customers in a manner that leaves a favorable impression of Freund Enterprises.

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, + some weeknights and weekends if necessary.

Daily Duties:

  • Handle large volume of calls/leads through our quote system
  • Compose proposals to both commercial and residential customers
  • Provide customers with a timely proposal (contact within 4 hours)
  • Schedule work through dispatchers and customers
  • Maintain accounts receivable for jobs sold
  • Ensure parts availability and arrange pick up on sold jobs
  • Tracking and follow up on assigned sales leads
  • Maintain and update quote que on a daily basis
  • Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Be a team player
  • Other duties/tasks/projects as assigned


Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle large volumes of calls and follow-ups
  • Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
