Salary: $51,000 - $139,000 annually

**RELOCATION BONUS OF UP TO $10,000 DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE**

The Opportunity
Toyota of Tacoma is seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join our elite service team. The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a journeyman or master-level technician, with advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Proficiency across all major automotive systems, with the ability to tackle complex and technical repairs.
• Reputation for completing repairs right the first time and upholding the highest service standards.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Service Advisors and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs as outlined on work orders with precision and efficiency.
• Lead in diagnosing and resolving complex issues across vehicle systems, including:
  • Engine & transmission
  • Steering & suspension
  • Brakes
  • Electrical and hybrid systems
  • Air conditioning and advanced climate systems
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Execute warranty repairs according to Toyota manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to apprentice and entry-level technicians.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                          10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience. 
• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
