Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) FT - PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA

Southern Oaks Therapy & Living Center is currently seeking an experienced DOR  to lead its in-house therapy team. We seek a therapy leader who is innovative, positive, and team oriented. Part of Gemini Healthcare, Southern Oaks is a lovely long-term care and post-acute rehab facility located in Dallas. This is a large, beautiful facility with excellent rehab space. We see a wide range of conditions and offer opportunity for you to create and implement  therapy programs that will best fit the needs of your patients.  Under new ownership and new leadership, we are working on shifting community perception of this hidden gem of a healthcare facility.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Texas PT, OT, SLP  License
• At least a year of therapy leadership experience in an inpatient rehab setting
