The Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cooks to join our team in a Casual capacity at Brisbane Airport to support our team with kitchen operations at our Espresso Bar opened in partnership with local coffee roaster Bellissimo Coffee!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Cooking and serving of customer meals to order
✅ Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
✅ Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
✅ Setup or shutdown of kitchen
✅ Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
✅ General kitchen duties where required

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
🧼 Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate
⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
