Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an onsite, full-time, results-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding corporation.


SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

LOCATION: HK Programs corporate office at 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524.

COMPENSATION: $18-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications


As a Recruiting Associate, you'll be a key player in our hiring process. You’ll manage job postings across 20+ job boards, collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize urgent needs, and screen candidates to ensure a strong talent pool. You’ll use your organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the recruitment process efficient, thorough, and candidate friendly.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with multiple hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Update and post position openings with clear job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage multiple job postings, source, and recruit talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
  • Review applicant profiles to ensure they meet position minimum requirements.
  • Support other departmental activities as needed.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or relevant college degree that demonstrates qualifications to perform the duties of this position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow established procedures, improve efficiencies in recruiting process, and effectively manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to build rapport with hiring managers.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment and take initiative, maintain flexibility, and creatively solve problems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office.
  • Pleasant and professional etiquette while executing phone call, text, and email communications.
  • Proficiency using the HRIS platform, Paylocity is a plus (but training will be provided).
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
